Spotify charged my Paypal but didn't issue 3 gift cards

I purchased 3, 12 month Premium subscriptions on the Spotify website.  Spotify received immediate payment from my Paypal account. That's the last we heard from Spotify.  None of us have received any notification from Spotify, no receipt, no code for redeeming the 3 gift subscriptions.  There is NO way to contact Spotify. The "Help" tab of My Account is nothing but an FAQ.  This business model may work for Spotify but it certainly doesn't work for me. 

I have started a Paypal dispute for these transactions and I suppose Paypal will issue me a refund but Man-O-Man why does this process have to be so obtuse.  Spotify seems to be hoping I won't notice this problem...scammers?

Definitely not a scam, not sure what has gone wrong here. You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will definitely investigate this for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
