Hello! I know this has been posted by others, as well, but the recommended troubleshooting is not helpful. So here it goes...

 

I have been charged on 04/03/19 and again on 28/03/19. I thought that this might have been this way because I delayed a payment this month but then, I logged in the website and saw that my next billing date is on 25/04/19. Why is Spotify taking 3-4 days away from a month? How is this in any way acceptable?

 

I do not have multiple accounts and nobody knows my login details. I didn't upgrade my plan to anything either.
