Spotify charging me after I cancelled subscription

I cancelled my Spotify Premium subscription in July yet I am still being charged for it and cannot figure out how to get this fixed. Customer service contact forms have been no help. I've double checked that my subscription was in fact cancelled and I know that I don't have another account that may be getting charged, so it must be a problem on Spotify's end. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi. Have you checked if your payment method is already removed in your account? You can do that once your subscription is cancelled, this is for preventing any surprises.
