My Question or Issue

I have been charged twice by Spotify in the months of June and July 2020. I currently have a student subscription  on which I was charged €4.99 but I also see a charge for €9.99 coming out of my bank account for each of these months. I have only one Spotify account linked to my card so I don't know why this is happening.

In order to eliminate the option of a second account, i would recommend using this support page to try and locate all of the active accounts listed with your details.
