Spotify charging my card and I don't have premium... please help

Spotify charging my card and I don't have premium... please help

Please help. I can not find a contact number for spotify.  I have unsubscribed over 6 months ago and I saw today they charged me $10.73.   I have no idea how long this has been going on.  I do not have a lot of money, please assist and thank you in advance!

Hey @Bsann18,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Hey thanks for the response. I don't see a cancel email, but I do see the
last time they sent me an email about payment was 8/20/16. Also when I log
in the account it says it's a free account and keeps trying to get me to
upgrade to premium.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the below ways 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
