My Question or Issue
I know my username & password are correct because I just reset my password. The page won’t accept them and says they are incorrect.

Could you let me know if you are logging into Spotify on the app or the website? Can you also attach a screenshot of what you see when you try to log in and provide some more information on what's happening in more detail and I'll take a look for you?

Same issue. It’s very frustrating. I’m in the verge of canceling for a service that actually accepts my correct password.

We want to clarify what's goin on here so we can offer better assistance. Can you tell us what error message you're receiving exactly? Uploading a screenshot as an attachment would be very helpful.
Also can you try to log in the app first, then open your profile page from there. This should have you logged in your account. After that when you click on the pairing page http://Spotify.com/pair you should already be logged in and ready should only see the field where you can enter your pairing info.
If that doesn't work try doing it in an incognito/private window or using another browser.
