I have had a premium account with spotify for about 3 years now. I'm overseas at the moment and has been working for the last couple of weeks fine but just the other day, it seemed to have logged me out of all of my devices and when I try logging in with the same email, username, and password i've been using for the last 3 years it says "Oops, something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area". When I go to reset my password and I enter my username or email it says that neither are associated with an active spotify account! What is going on!?

This seems like an odd issue.
I'd recommend you to contact support directly using this anonymous contact form.
With this contact form you can reach them without access to your Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
