Spotify connect on Argon Stream 2 failure

I an a friend used the Argon Stream 2 since many monthy without any complaints. We have two different spotify accounts and could change connect to Argon without problem. Since about a month or so only one of us can see the Argon Stream. The only way to change the "source" ist to open the web interface of the Argon, change the "name" and then the other user could see the device and connect (whilst the other user was not able to connect, even if I would log out from spotify.

Any help?

Let's start with a quick reinstallation first. You can read here how to do this. Find out if you can upgrade the firmware of your streamer as well.

After this, unplug the streamer and router from the power outlet and wait a minute. You can then set everything up again.

This should reinitialize everything. Let us know if it didn't help, or if you have further questions.

Turned to UNSOLVED again.

Same mess as usual. The ARGON STREAM 2 is invisible to the 2nd user again. Only workaround: rename over webinterface.
