Spotify connect on Argon Stream2 player

I have a Spotify Family subscription and my wife and son are included with there own Spotify-accounts. We have all three our own iPads.

I can use Spotify Connect using my iPad in combination with the Argon Stream2.

But my wife and my son can't. Although, when I log in with my account on their iPads,

I can stream to the Argon Stream2...

How can we make it possible that we all can stream to the Argon Stream2 ????

Can you let us know what happens exactly when they try to stream to the Argon Stream2 on their iPads? In the meantime, we suggest they reinstall the app. Here's how.

What happened when they tried to stream to the Argon that Spotify Connect was not available and they did not see the Argon. When I logged in with my account on their iPad (same app) this problem did not occur, so reinstalling the app was not the solution.

Anyway, during this weekend suddenly all of the family can connect to the Argon...

I don't know why but the problem does not occur anymore..
