I have been emailing back and forth with Spotiys costumer service for days, and its been a nightmare. I provided Spotify with a long list of information (birth date, last four digits of credit card, facebook link, device user information, postal code, list of prior spotify playlist, facebook email address. And still after sending all this information they fail to comply. And maybe one of the most frustrating parts of this back and forth with Spotifys costumer service is that every email I get is from a different Rep. So if you would like to help, why dont you contact me to a Manager because I have already asked twice.
