Spotify deactivated my account because of unauthorized premium payment!

Spotify deactivated my account because of unauthorized premium payment!

A mount before, I couldn't pay with my prepaid Ininal Card because there was ne money in it. So I get my father's Credit card and paid last month's premium but this month when Spotify automaticly get the payment, my father said "15 Turkish Liras has been taken because of Sportive" (His english is not good enough) and I told I didn't buy anything from Sportive. After that he closed that card and when I get the e-mail from Spotify it was saying we deactivated your account because of unauthorized payment. Can someone fix this for me please?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
