Spotify deliberately prevent you stopping payments

Why is there no simple way to stop account payments.

I now have two spotify accounts (the second being a promotional offer)   I can find no way of stopping payments on the first.  and no way to contact spotify to sort out the fact they are mis-billing me -  other than sending this note into the ether.

I guess this is good business for them-
