Spotify device Web Player (opera) interrupts and controls my spotify playing

When i open the spotify windows app there is a device called Web player (Opera) that keeps taking control of my playing and plays it's own **bleep**-list of music. 

I've disconnected all apps in my account, changed password multiple times, logged out of all units, reinstalled the spotify app on windows. But still the issue persist. 

I'm very close to cancelling my subscription and choosing another music service... 

Please help/fix!

For now it seemed to solve it. Eventhough i tried the same thing previously and it didnt solve it. Thank you for the help.
