Spotify didnt change to Premium

Spotify didnt change to Premium

I'm currently listening to the free service and no payment is deposited  in my Spotify profile it says because PayPal didnt get their Cash from my Account i hadnt enough cash on it but yet it is everything alright with it, but when I go to PayPa and add my bank details  to enjoy the Premium Service, the message "You have this bank account already added to your PayPal account" is showing.

 

So whats the Problem with this? how can i add my Details to get my Premium Account back.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I already contacted the Support and hope they will answer soon. When they refer me to this Support Community i will answer in their Email back and said that the Community said i should replay back in their Mail. Is there anything i can do to get my Premium back?
