Spotify disconnected my account

Hi there,

I have had a spotify account for almost 2 years. Now spotify couldn't get into my bank account and they decided to disconnect my account. I can't login on any device with my facebook account. When I try to login with my account it says I should go to the faq page. I went to the faq page and it said that I should sign up for a new premium. But everytime when I try to sign up for the premium it says, I cant go to the page because it got redirected too many times. I have tried different things like trying it on different devices and removing the cookies from the website.

I hope there is a solution for this cause I really don't want to make a new account
