Spotify doesn't recognize credit card payment

Spotify doesn't recognize credit card payment

I've been paying my Spotify subscription for a year by now and for the first time I'm getting some trouble to use it. It has been alerting me that the last month payment wasn't done (January). But I'm sure it has. I'm a musician and I use Spotify for research so I can't be that long without it and the site hasn't offered me any way of getting my premium back aside from paying for it again. What should I do?
