Spotify doesn't see my subscription

Hey guys, my spotify stopped working suddenly, it doesn't see my subscription and I lost my playlists. I have an active subscription, so that's not it. What is wrong with it? I can't use it.

Hello @user-removed and welcome to the community !

 

If you log in but don’t see what you’re expecting (Premium subscription, playlists, saved music, etc.), you might be logged into the wrong account.

You can create multiple accounts with Spotify, each with their own unique login, subscription, saved music, etc. It’s therefore possible to log in to different accounts on different devices.

 

Check to see if you have a duplicate account.
