Spotify doesn't seem to learn my musical taste and offers me only generic genres and playlists

I've recently subscribed to a premium account. Three weeks of listening daily and the app still offers me only generic genres, such as: Focus, Rock, Indie, Pop, etc..

Also, on the discover tab, the only playlist is Release Radar (no discover weekly or daily mix playlists). When I search for my daily mix, I get the message "Daily Mix coming soon".

This appears on both my desktop app and my phone app (I use an iPhone).

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Hmm, it sounds like Spotify still needs to get to know you a bit better. I recommend to keep listening to the music you like and saving your favourites to Your Library. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
