My Question or Issue
Hello,
I have a problem with Spotify on my pc since January. I can't listen to any music except the one that I downloaded before, and all the internet service are gone (I can't see what my friends are listening to for example) but it doen't pop a message like if i was offline.
I tried to reinstall it (many times) and it still doesn't work, it's even worse now. All of my playlist are empty, even the one that I subscribed to. My name isn't displayed now and all I got is an Id with letters and numbers.
The web player got the same problem, but I can find my music at least (but cannot play it).
It works fine on my phone so it's really strange. I already tried to uninstall it and download another installer but it got the same problem (got an error 17 for a moment but now it doesn't appear anymore), I also tried to install the windows store version, but it got the same problem. I searched online but couldn't find anything. I cleaned up my cache, fixed the registry, deleted anything spotify related in my computer, but nothing seems to work.
It's starting to get a little on my nerves, so I'd like some help please.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Wow, thank you so much it works perfectly now. I don't understand what was the cause of this, does it come from the firewall or something like this ? Anyway, thank you for the very quick reply.
Have a nice Day !
