Thanks for reaching out! 

Just to confirm - have you created your account through the Spotify website and are you now trying to get it connected to Facebook, so the Facebook name is displayed instead of the Spotify username? 

If so, it'll also be useful to make sure your Spotify account and Facebook are fully connected. To do that you can reach privacy settings here on your account page and make sure to click on "Process my Facebook data".
