Spotify double charged me two months in a row, doesn't respond to my email....

I'm really getting tired of this.  If spotify doesn't get back to me on this, I'm complaining to twitter, consumerist, whatever.  I already cancelled my subscription but they still owe me for the two double charges ......

 

Never sign up for spotify.  They never respond to complaints and don't bother to even do anything about the problem.

 

Go ahead and prove me wrong about this Spotify, you owe me $20.  and more, for my time.

Spotify double charged me for seven months, since I started my subscription  Shame on me, I just noticed it on my credit card statement.  When I contacted Spotify, they said I signed up two email addresses (I didn't) and said they wouldn't give me credit for the double charges.  This is outrageous.  I'm reading other complaints of similar fraudulent behavior on the part of Spotify.  I will escalate this to the FTC and any one else I can. . . Any suggestions?

I don't have a case number but I am having the same problem. I can provide all of my credit card statements if needed. I've been Double charged for sometime now.

Did you resolve this? I'm about to do this same thing. They are acting like they can't determine what other account is using my credit card. There are enough cases of this happening that the FTC will take notice.

I never resolved it, just notified my credit card company who refunded three months’ worth of payments, and I dropped Spotify entirely. They are crooks. Good luck!
