Spotify double charging me

Spotify double charging me

I have been a Spotify Premium customer for some time on a monthly payment account.  I recently paid the $99 to get a full year of Spotify Premium, but my account information on their Spotify web site continues to show me as a monthly customer.  I'm inferring from that that they are going to charge me twice for Spotify Premium.

 

 I"ve already left one post about this that apparently has been deleted.  At least, I've been unable to find it under my login name or any search word.  I can find no telephone number to call to speak to a person about this.  I NEED SOME HELP TO FIX THIS ISSUE!  I DO NOT WANT TO PAY TWICE FOR SPOTIFY PREMIUM!

 

Is there anyone who knows anything about Spotify and how to contact them?  Please let me know.
