Spotify dropped all existing family members

Spotify dropped all existing family members

I was already paying for the premium family service. Within the past few hours all of my existing family members were dropped from premium account status and I can no longer add them back because it says they already have premium. When in all actuallity they are getting adds and no longer have access to offline listing.

 

Please fix this asap or I will be switching.

That was absolutely rediculous. I had to re-invite all my family members and all downloaded content was removed. Right before a holiday weekend when we were travelling. Good thing it happened the night before vs day of.

Same happening with my account. Tried to send new invites, but all my relatives aren't able to accept. They're reporting the error "ops.. something went wrong. Try again later". Please, help me solve this or I'll also switch soon!

I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
