Helloo.

I sent a giftcard to a friend two days ago and it was suppose to arrive today but it hasn´t and the payment hasn´t gone throug aswell. When we bought it, it all went smoothly and nothing seemed to be wrong. Could it not arrive?

If you haven't been charged, it's possible that you may have not completed the purchase process successfully. Can you give it another try?
