Spotify family account no longer exist!!!!!

hi . today i noticed that my family account turned into free account. there is no mistake for payment . i paid the bill at 23.04.2018. so what can i do?

Let's check if you have other Spotify accounts following these suggestions. You could be logging in to an account that doesn't have your subscription.

 

If you only have one account, you can check if the payment went througy by logging in here. You should see a receipt generated for the latest payment.
