Hi,

 

I'm subscribed to family for my kids but one is unable to log in??

Is it a different device? If so, try a clean reinstall. If not, try resetting the password. Is anyone able to log in? If yes, I would say it is a user id issue. Hope that helps!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you with your kid's account. Make sure to include the username of the account in your email.
