Salve, ieri il nostro account spotify family è stato disattivato senza alcun preavviso o motivazione, funziona come se fosse free. Noi paghiamo ogni 26 del mese, quindi spotify ha "rubato" i nostri soldi in questi due giorni. Non capiamo cosa sta succedendo. Cosa possiamo fare?

Let's check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these suggestions. You might be logging in to the wrong account which is causing this issue.

 

If you only have one account, try logging in here to check if a receipt was generated for the most recent payment. If the payment didn't go through, the accounts will go back to Free automatically.
