Spotify family plan

Spotify family plan

Hi there, I subscribed for spotify premium a while back and I thought I would upgrade to the family plan so my sister could listen to music too. But we are having major problems with it. Only one of us can be listening to music at a time. If the other one goes on their music will start playing on my phone and stop on theirs. It's super annoying and if there isn't a way to fix it I will just cancle the whOle plan in general which is a huge bummer because we both like spotify. Hope you can help, thanks!

Each family member has to have a separate username and password.

 

The account that pays then links the other family members to the plan through the spotify website.
