I have sent a invition to a family member, but he cant accept it. It says that the code its right. What shall we do?

Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with both your account's email addresses. 

 

But before I suggest that the members try using different browsers on their computers (with clear cache) to accept the invitation.
