Spotify family

New to Spotify and might be a dumb question. I upgraded to the family so my daughter and I can listen at the same time buying she's on Spotify I have to go to airplane mode to listen so I don't bump her off. I thought the family plan would fix this problem.

Hi @Znart84. Family plan should have. Are you certain she's on an account separate from your own? If she's still using your account that would explain why you're getting bumped off. If you are on separate account and still experiencing this issue please let me know.

So she has to sign up for her own account and then accept my request for
her to be on my account?
