Spotify followers arrangement

I've been lurking on somebody's spotify profile because we haven't been talking and I miss him... And in his spotify followers list, there's one person who used to be at the bottom of the list, but now the person's moving up higher as time goes by. Is it because he is interacting with this profile more, or vice versa? Or is it because I also lurk and it's showing this only on my side? how does the arrangement work? I'm just wondering

The list is random. 🙂 It's possible that users move around up and down in the list but this has no particular meaning.
