Spotify for Artists keeps deleting my artist playlists/artist pick!

On Spotify for Artists, I tried to add a second 'Artist Playlist' to my artist profile, after having one playlist on there for nearly a month with no issues. Since trying to add this second playlist, my profile keeps removing both artist playlists and also removing my artist pick. I've tried multiple times throughout the last few hours with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions please? 🙏🏻
