Spotify for Family

Already an existing premium member as are my children

Trying to set up a famuly account however receive the following message "Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further"

 

So what now?.

Hey there @accosec, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Are you subscribed to Premium via another service, like iTunes or a phone carrier? If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you will need to contact them to cancel before signing up to Premium for Family. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.
