Spotify free\premium on roku. Mine wont work.

I recently had the chance to buy spotify premium for 3 months for obly 99 cents. I took up the offer,and have had no problems...untill now. I just tried to loggin to roku spotify and it says i need the premium acct. I logged into spotufy app on my phone and it says im now using the free version, which i wasnt using 2 days ago. I logged online to spotify and it says im using my premium acct untill mid febuary and im not on the free membership anymore. Anyhelp? Id love to have spotify on my roku since i have paid for my premium subscription already and seems to not be used at the moment....

And now my playlists and songs are gone except like 5 songs .......
