Hi there,

 

My name is Alessio Corino and I have a spotify account associated at the email address

I don't know why if I log in in my profile I can see that I have Spotify free on. Anyway, you've been charging me last month so I'd like to knwo which kind of contract I have with you at the moment.

 

Please consider that tomorrow I will be charged again so I'd like to turn it off my spotify if it's possible.

Sorry, but I have had to remove a couple of the information you provided as it contains sensitive details. 

 

But thank you for the snapshot as it helps greatly to assist you. As a side note, if you need to post any screen-shot in the future please could you filter out any personal information 🙂

 

From what you are saying it sounds as if you may have two separate accounts. and although the one you provided shows free it may be that you have another one that is getting the charge for.
