Spotify gift card - can it be used for additional audiobook time?

Hello! I was given a gift card, but when I try to redeem it I am not able to because I already have the Premium family membership. Is it possible to use the gift card to add time to the audiobook listening per month? I frequently listen to more than the allotted 16 hours, so I'd love to buy more time with the existing gift card.
