Spotify has been paused because my account is being used some else

My music keeps getting paused at random times and I was wondering if theres anyway I can fix that.

Make sure you are the only person that is currently streaming music.

Spotify allows one stream at a time per account.

Anyway I can log myself out of those other accounts?

No there is not. If a mod sees this thread they can do it, otherwise you can contact Spotify support. 

Spotify can help you log out of all your sessions in case someone is using your account if you contact them directly.

A reply may take some time due to a heavy amount of emails.

Tate, if you think someone else might be using your account please make sure you change your password. Otherwise, when we do reset your logged in sessions that person might just log in again.
