Spotify has charged me 9.99 plus 4.99 a mont for the past 6 months

I have been back and forth with spotify before about not being able to get into my account... it took a while to figure that out. Now i have dug deeper into my account and see that I switched to the student discount and yall have charged me 15 dollars a month for the past 6 months... over charging me 60 dollars since then. I have canceled all of my other accounts and I would like a refund for the 60 dollars. I don't understand why spotify has so many issues like this. Apple music is looking better and better. (I can post proof of the charges too but do not feel comfortable doing so on a public forum).... which is a stupid way to get help from corporate.
