Spotify has deactivated my account!!!!

I had a spotify account under the name jamesherst that was connected to my facebook account. As I don't use facebook anymore i created a new account under the name jgherst. Spotify has now deactivated this second account. My original account remains active. I want my "jgherst" account back as it has the self made playlists I want. If there is such a policy that prohibits a user to have more than one active account, delete my "jamesherst" account. 

 

Contacting Spotify is darn near impossible. This way of communicating your complaints is the most client unfriendly I've ever experienced. I sicerely hope this changes in the future.
