Spotify has locked my account

I created a Spotify account in February 2017 with my email account only for use on my mobile . Since yesterday,  Spotify has without permission or my consent connected to my Facebook account ( which also uses the same email) and thus,  has rendered my original account which is a PAID SUBSCRIPTION VOID as my username ( my email) connects only to this new account inever asked for.

It sounds like you accidentally created an account through Facebook. No worries though. You can close the account you created following these steps. 

 

Once the account is closed, you shouldn't have any trouble logging into your main account.
