Spotify has my country wrong

Spotify has my country wrong

While upgrading to Spotify Family, I've noticed that for some reason Spotify has my country wrong, but the postal code refers to my current one. As my subscription is through a Partner (from a different country) I cannot change the country by changing the payment method. Any ideas how to get around this? Cannot find any support mail to contact Spotify staff.

Hey @aleksi3,

 

I don't think that it's possible to change your account's country if the partner is from another country. You could cancel the subscription via the Partner and then re-subscribe using a payment method + billing address in the correct country.
