Spotify has paused my premium although the money has come out of my account?

I'm hoping someone can help me! I have an apple email receipt stating that my Spotify payment came out of my account last Wednesday yet from that day my Spotify has been paused because 'my last payment didn't work' even though the money 100% has been taken from my bank, it is saying I need to update my payment method which I clearly don't need too and this website is useless to get in contact with anyone!! I don't want to be charged twice for it if I renew the subscription?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. If it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.
 
For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website.

It's showing here that my last payment was in January but my bank account is telling me it came out last week! I'm probably just going to have to pay again to get it sorted out thanks for your help
