Spotify hasn't given me my money back for a student premium mischarge

Sptoify charged me about a week ago for student premium but it isn't even showing up in my account receipts(yes I only have one account).

 

I contacted spotify and they told me the money would be put back into my account and it was by bank that charged me the 5 dollars, but I ended up calling the bank and they said otherwise

 

So my question is how do I get my money back because I don't even have the premium but I've been missing the money for about a week?

Hey @LonelyMemer,

 

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

 

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.
