Spotify + hulu subscription

Hey guys! So I'm trying to sign up for the bundle deal. However, it doesn't let me because it says my student credentials are already being used with another account. I do not own another account. I only own the one that i initially logged into to try to get the subscription and I have never had Spotify premium before. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24-48 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
