Spotify in China

Dear Spotify 🙂

I have quit an anoying problem. 

I used to have a premium account but I stopped it because I didn't know if I would be using it that frequently anymore. 

Anyway, I am studying in China for a couple of months and I want to get the premium account again. Now the problem is that I have a facebook linked account and facebook is blocked here. Even with vpn's and that kind of stuff I can't get trough to paying because I have to verify with my facebook account or log in with it. 

So please, please, can I pay another way, or get around the facebook thing ? 

Spotify is working fine because I never logged out, it's just that I can't get the premium this way.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It is probably best if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can work any magic at all for you. Its a bit of a tricky situation! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
