My Question or Issue

i subscribed to premium as a family in good faith only to find I could not use Spotify on any of my children’s iPads. Within 5 mins of registering I cancelled the premium.

the money has still been taken from my account £14.99

Spotify provide no email 

Spotify provide no telephone support

spotify can steal your money without any recourse 

this is simply theft 

i am shocked at Spotify
