Spotify is charging me extra?

Hey -

I have been paying the student premium fee for spotify for the past year, however the last few months spotify has started charging me the regular fee - without any warning or notice. I am still a student and will be for a couple more years so I am not sure why my charge has changed? What can I do about contacting someone at spotify to find out why I am being charged extra?

Spotify student discount is for 1 year. But you can activate “Extension Period" for extra year by again submitting your still valid Discount Records.
