Spotify is not asking for the pin I recieved

I am trying to update my payment subscription through smart, I recieved the pin numbers spotify sent by, but spotify in the browser is not askingg for the pin, and it just stays there were it asks for the mobile number

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.
