Spotify is not letting me change countries and region.

Spotify is not letting me change countries and region.

After selecting update card > Change Country > Spotify refreshes the pages and makes me select a payment plan for premium in the currency of the original country, thus not letting me update my payment options. Any advice on how to fix this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Have you tried it on a different device and/or browser yet?

 

If so, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting to your new country through the dropdown menu here.

 

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method from your new country at https://spotify.com/premium

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
