Spotify is not respecting it's own email settings

I have not enabled the option to share my details with content suppliers.

But, I still get these disgusting emails from Spotify advertising for bands performances which I do not should get in the first place and secondly I don't want.

These disgusting email start with: Thank you for being a fan. Well, that couldn't be more wrong then it it is. The emails I recieve are from bands/music I didn't listen to ever on my account because it is not my music.

What's wrong with you Spotify? Respect your own email settings. Because in the email it states that if I click the link I will be taken to a third party. So much for not sharing details huh!

Do you want to loose subscribers?

Oh, and I do have a Premium account!
